A good lesson in EMOTIONAL LITERACY....
Awareness and Internal observation....
Being able to understand and observe your own emotional reactions as they take place without having to act them out....
This is my new perspective on being in touch with ones emotions. i guess being emotionally "in touch" has nothing to do with acting upon those strong emotional triggers. one has got to learn to understand their own emotions and be able to be smart with their emotions by NOT acting impulsively upon them, especially without thinking things through. one should learn how to control their emotions instead of having them be a bunch of buttons that can trigger at any instant. Emotions should just merely be part of your internal dialogue; use it to guide you sensibly and rationally.

| My car was found!!!  Park and ride off 1-5 exit 178.
Some stuff was taken, but oh well.
Cigarette ash everywhere, fast food wrappings scattered throughout, a busted ingition, and a sticky steering wheel was the extent of the damage.
YAY me....!

| My Car was stolen from the Ravenna park and ride!!!!  My brothers car was stolen from our own parking garage back in september! what's wrong with this picture? Are we Wangs specifically being targeted for auto-theft or what? oh well....kinda sad tho....The car had some sentimental value to me tho since I did get it for my 16th BDAY.
